Air India Specific flight hits electrical pole on touchdown at Vijayawada airport; all passengers secure

An Air India Specific flight carrying 64 passengers on Saturday misplaced management and hit an electrical pole whereas touchdown on the Vijayawada Worldwide Airport in Andhra Pradesh’s Gannavaram, information company ANI reported. All of the passengers are reported to have landed safely.

All of the 64 passengers on board the flight and the crew are secure, Vijayawada airport director G Madhusudan Rao instructed ANI.

In the meantime, the airline stated it has ordered an investigation into the incident.

On Friday, an Air India Specific flight from Sharjah to Kozhikode with 112 passengers had made an emergency touchdown on the Thiruvananthapuram worldwide airport as a consequence of a snag within the plane.

The airplane developed the snag within the hydraulic system and made the touchdown at Thiruvananthapuram the place the airways has the bottom with extra technical consultants, an airport official had stated. Airport sources stated the flight was diverted to Thiruvananthapuram as there was the chance of touchdown on the table-top runway of Kozhikode airport, particularly in an emergency state of affairs.

Air India Specific is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air India and operates round 649 flights per week to 33 locations together with the Center East and Southeast Asia.
